The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Roads Along With The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Construction Of Road Lighting, Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network, Renovation Of The Sanitary Network, Expansion And Modernization Of The Heating Network In Śródmieście Namysłów, Constituting An Attachment To The Application For Obtaining A Reconstruction/Construction Permit. The Location Of The Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Town Of Namysłów Has A Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. 384/Viii/21 Of The City Council In Namysłów Of February 11, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The City Of Namysłów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Point 5 Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Organize The Documents And Materials Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order On Its Own, And Their Cost Will Be Included In The Offer Price. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
