1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1. Providing The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste With Waste Code 20 03 07 From The Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Zabór In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery, 1.2. Preparing And Submitting Reports In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And Performing Other Obligations Arising From Currently Applicable Laws And Regulations In The Field Of Waste Management, 1.3. Waste Management While Maintaining Recovery Or Neutralization Rates Of Collected Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities In Terms Of Achieving Indicators Of Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 3, 2021 On The Method Of Calculating Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021. 1530).2. Waste Is Stored In Containers Owned By The Contractor.3. The Collection Will Take Place On The Basis Of Notifications Submitted By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail. The Day Before Waste Collection, The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party Via E-Mail About The Registration Number Of The Vehicle That Will Transport The Collected Waste, Indicate The Bdo Registration Number Of The Transporter And The Place Of Waste Management.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Waste Collection Service Using Its Own Means Of Transport5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Appendices No. 4 To The Swz).6. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, To Employ Only Persons On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Persons Directly Performing Activities In The Field Of Waste Collection And Transport. 7. The Ordering Party Has The Right, Independently Or Through Other Authorized Persons, To Verify The Employment Of Employees By The Contractor Or Subcontractor At Any Time During The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement To The Extent Described In Section 2 Above. 8. In Order To Verify The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Under The Employment Agreement, Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Services Described In Section 4 Above, The Ordering Party Has The Right To: 1) Request Declarations Of The Employed Employees, 2) Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Submit A Declaration On The Employment Of Employees Under The Employment Agreement, 3)
