The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design Works For The Task Titled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Sanitary Sewage System In Nasielsk For The Following Streets: Brzozowa, Młynarska, Nowa, Działkowa, Dolna, Oliwkowa, Topolowa, Kokosowa, Ananasowa, Figowa, Cytrusowa, Limonkowa, Świerkowa, Kwiatowa, Pniewska Górka And Unnamed Streets In Accordance With The Attached Maps And Division Into Stages. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Necessary For The Construction Of Infrastructure Consisting In The Construction Of A Gravity And Pressure Sanitary Sewage System With Pumping Stations (Or Compressor Stations) In Nasielsk With Transfer To The Existing Sanitary Sewage Well In Nasielsk, Ul. Młynarska (The Place Of Inclusion Is Marked On The Overview Map). Execution Of The Order Requires The Design Of The Following Elements: - Gravity And Pressure Sanitary Sewage Systems With Pumping Stations In The Area Marked On The Overview Maps With Connections To The Property Boundaries - Approximately 8,500 Meters Long. When Designing Connections, The Rule Is That Each Property/Property Should Have A Separate Sanitary Sewage Connection. The Contractor Should Verify The Power And Technical Condition Of The Existing Pumping Station In Ul. Młynarska In Nasielsk And, If Necessary, Modernize It. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1 Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation That Will Be Used To Perform Construction Works For Which It Is Required To Obtain A Final Permit For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System Along With Technical Devices. As Part Of The Development Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Develop The Necessary Starting Materials And Obtain All Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Technical Conditions And Permits Necessary To Complete The Entire Scope Of Works Required In Accordance With Polish Law. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform Other Studies Resulting From The Conditions Of Owners, Administrators And Managers Of Infrastructure Colliding With The Planned Sanitary Sewage Networks. The Planned Investment Should Be Designed, If Possible, On The Areas Of The Nasielsk Commune, And If There Is No Land, On Private Plots. The Contractor Will Also Obtain For The Ordering Party Written Declarations From Individual Owners Of Properties Through Which Sanitary Sewage Networks Run, Expressing Consent To Use The Property For Construction Purposes, Along With The Location Of The Device And Network On A Map. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Such Technical Solutions, Including Appropriate Technical Devices, To Eliminate Emissions Of Unpleasant Odors From The Designed Sewage Systems. 1.1.1 Geodetic Documentation And Measurement Works: As Part Of The Design Work, The Contractor Will Prepare Or Obtain Cadastral Maps Along With Excerpts From The Land Register.
