The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical Equipment And Products, Batteries And Electrodes For Defibrillators And Paramedic Backpacks, Intended For The 25Th Wog And The Military Units And Institutions That Supply It.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure Timely Execution Of Deliveries; B) Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations And Standards; C) Providing The Product Range Approved For Trading In The Republic Of Poland, Confirmed By The Ce Requirement And Ensuring That The Product Sold Is Free From Any Defects; D) Providing A Minimum 24-Month Warranty On The Purchased Product Range; E) Providing The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents For The Product Product, If Provided By The Manufacturer, And An Operating Manual In Polish At The Time Of Delivery.
