The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Of Systematic Collection Of Waste From Street Bins, Systematic Collection Of Waste From Dog Waste Bins, Sweeping Streets And Sidewalks, Clearing Snow From Designated Streets, Washing Street Bins And Dog Waste Bins, And Removing Weeds From Sidewalks In The City Of Leszno. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And A Detailed List Of Baskets With Their Location Is Annex No. 10 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Each Time After Collecting Waste, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transport It To One Of The Containers Located In The City Of Leszno - The Location Of The Containers Is Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order)5. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Indicate The Entry Number In The Register Of Entities Introducing Products, Products In Packaging And Waste Management Kept By Voivodeship Marshals - The So-Called Bdo.6. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, If Necessary, To Replace The Bags With New Ones In Empty Bins.7. Each Time Before Issuing A Monthly Invoice, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Written Summary Of The Works Carried Out In The Month To Which The Invoice Relates, Including The Frequency Of Work Performed In A Given Location. 8. The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance For Its Business Activities Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Policy Together With Confirmation Of Premium Payment Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Upon Request.10.
