The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Individual Door-To-Door Transport Services For Participants Of The Project Entitled: Social Services Center In Krosno Odrzańskie. The Transport Service Will Cover Elderly People Or People With Disabilities, Including People In Wheelchairs, And Will Consist In Providing Transport From The Participants Place Of Residence To The Destination In Accordance With The Qualification Card Issued By The Ordering Party. The Transport Service Will Cover People Living In The Krosno Odrzańskie Commune, And The Average Service Route For One Resident Will Be Up To 100 Km. The Number Of Kilometers Will Be Counted From A Permanent Point In The Commune Of Krosno Odrzańskie Or A Permanent Border Point Of The Commune Of Krosno Odrzańskie In The Case Of A Contractor Based Outside The Commune Of Krosno Odrzańskie, Agreed With The Selected Contractor, To The Participants Place Of Residence And Then To The Destination Point And The Return Route. The Transport Service Will Be Provided In An Amount Not Exceeding 2,500 Km Per Month Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Use Its Means Of Transport Adapted To The Needs Of The Transported Persons. The Transport Service Should Be Carried Out By The Contractors Vehicle, The Year Of Manufacture Of Which Is Not Older Than 2025. Persons Providing The Transport Service Should Have Appropriate Qualifications And Current Medical And Psychological Tests Required To Drive Vehicles Adapted To Transport People.
