Maintaining The Connection Of Inverters With Data Servers Via Lte (Gsm) Connectivity For The Warranty Period 1.7. Fencing The Area Where The Energy Storage Facility Is Located 1.8. Delivery Of The Energy Management System 1.9. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation 1.10. Reporting The Implementation (Assembly) Of The Energy Storage Facility To The Częstochowa City Hall 1.11. Preparation Of Technical Documentation To Tauron Dystrybucja According To Connection Conditions 1.12. Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Proprietary Copyrights To The Technical Documentation It Has Created And To The As-Built Documentation, Under The Conditions Specified In § 10 Of The Contract 1.13. Training For A Maximum Of 3 Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Photovoltaic Installation And The Energy Storage Facility 3. Warehouse Building No. Częstochowa At Ul. Sabinowska 62/644. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: - Annex No. 1.1 To The Specification Functional And Utility Program, - Annex No. 1.2 To The Specification Technical Specification 5. This Order Is Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Service, The Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Service Have Been Specified In § 13 Of The Draft Contract. 7. Under The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Purchase Gsm Cards And Pay Monthly Subscription Fees, For The Period Of The Granted Warranty, In Order To Maintain A Stable Gsm Connection Necessary For The Proper Functioning (Monitoring) Of The Photovoltaic Installation And Energy Storage. The Contractor Will Include These Costs In The Offer Price. 8. Immediately Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Requests The Presentation Of A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability (Contractual And Tortious) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 (Together With Confirmation Of Payment Of The Premium).9.
