Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz And With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law And Regulations Regarding Public Roads.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Compliance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm - Not To Cause Serious Damage To The Environment) And To Secure The Existing Greenery During The Works In Accordance With The Standard For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery In The Investment Process, Which Is An Annex To The Tender Documentation.5.
