1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design Documentation And Construction Works In The Design-Build System As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction/Expansion Of The District Road No. 1656R Cieszanów - Nowe Sioło By Building A Bicycle Path With The Possibility Of Pedestrian Traffic On The Left Side At Km 2+568 - 4+119.2. As Part Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: 1) Develop Design Documentation Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Along With Obtaining All Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Task, Including Reporting The Intention To Perform Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And/Or Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit For Construction Works Requiring A Building Permit And/Or Obtaining A Zrid Decision; 2) Perform Construction Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works, And Provide Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation, And Prepare As-Built Documentation.
