Tenders Are Invited For Improving Pedestrian Safety - Construction Of A Sidewalk At Ul. Zachodnia (Stage I) - Investment Implemented Under The Citizens Budget In The Design And Build Formula

The Scope Of The Order Includes: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Prepared On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program And Arrangements With The Ordering Party, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Making Effective Notifications And Administrative Certificates Required By Law Conditioning The Completion Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use. Stage Ii - Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Sidewalk Based On Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Remove Any Defects In Them And Hand Over To The Ordering Party In Full Compliance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Technical Knowledge, Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations, Standards And With Due Care. The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 7 To The Swz) Is A Document Of The Ordering Party Specifying The Functional And Operational Requirements And The Standard Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correctness And Completeness Of The Design Documentation Prepared On The Basis Of The Pfu And Its Compliance With Applicable Law, Excluding Liability For Defects In The Pfu As An Input Document, Which He Could Not Identify While Maintaining Due Diligence. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Including The Development Of Design Documentation Within 40 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
