1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization (Renovation) Of The Premises Of Galeria Tarasin 2 At Ul. Kolegialna 4 (Entrance To The Gallery From Ul. Łazienna) On The Basis Of The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of The Swz. Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization (Renovation) Of The Premises Of Galeria Tarasin 2 Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Our Heritage - From The Jesuits To St. Joseph No. Fewp.07.03-Iż.00-0058/24-00 Under Priority 07 European Funds For Local Initiatives In Greater Poland Measure 07.03 Culture And Tourism Of The European Funds For Greater Poland Program 2021-2027.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works; 2) Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Floor In The Form Of A Ceiling; 3) Installation Of Lintels Made Of Steel Profiles, 4) Construction Of Partition Walls; 5) Construction Of A New Water, Sewage And Hot Water Installation; 6) Construction Of Electrical Installation; 7) Execution Of Internal Plasters; 8) Painting Works; 9) Construction Of New Floors;10) Placing Concrete Cubes On The Side Of The Courtyard Next To The Entrance Door;11) Installation Of Internal Doors And Fire Protection Doors;12) Installation Of Door And Window Joinery;13) Demolition Of Internal Stairs, Construction Of A R14) Construction Of Vertical Gardens (Green Walls Made Of Natural Plants);15) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings;16) Installation Of Entrance Counters;17) Construction Of External Stairs Made Of Granite Slabs; Note: 1) The Contractor Before Construction Of External Stairs, He Is Obliged To Agree On The Colors Of Slabs And Stones For The Stairs With The Conservator Of Monuments.2) The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works On His Own And At His Own Expense.3) The Procedure In Question Is Covered By External Co-Financing. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Progress Of Works On The Construction Site Not Only By The Ordering Partys Employees And Properly Authorized Investor Supervision Inspectors, But Also By Third Parties (Authorized Under The Order Co-Financing Agreement).
