The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Sports Infrastructure At The Primary School In Krasnymbor, I.E. The Construction Of A Running Track, A Long Jump, Along With The Construction Of A Fence For The School Area And The Delivery Of The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment, I.E. Stadium Shelters, Exercise Equipment, Solar Lamps As Part Of The Implementation By The Sztabin Commune Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Running Track, A Jump And The Necessary Infrastructure At The Siberian Primary School In Krasnymbor Carried Out With Funds From The State Budget Under The Multi-Annual Program Called Government Program For The Development Of The North-Eastern Border Areas For 2024-2030. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To This Specification. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Actual Amount Of Work Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works Occurring During The Works In Any Bill Of Quantities Item, It Will Not Be Possible To Consider It As Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price.
