1. The Subject Of This Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works In The Field Of Reconstruction And Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Żukowo Commune.2. The Scope Of Road Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Mechanical Construction Of A Roadbed Along The Entire Width Of The Road And Sidewalks In The Soil Of Categories I-Iv, Depth Of 46 Cm2) Substructure Made Of Crushed Aggregate - Bottom Layer With A Thickness Of 30 Cm After Compaction 3) Surfaces Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, 8 Cm Thick, On A Cement-Sand Ballast 4) Concrete Edging With Dimensions Of 30X8 Cm On Cement-Sand Ballast With Filling Of Joints With Cement Mortar5) Protruding Concrete Curbs With Dimensions Of 20X30 Cm On Cement-Sand Ballast6) Curb Footing With Concrete Mix Support7) Mechanical Dismantling Of A 12 Cm Thick Surface Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Masses8) Surfaces Made Of 8 Cm Thick Concrete Paving Stones On Ballast Cement-Sand9) Mechanical Dismantling Of A 12 Cm Thick Surface Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Masses10) Surfaces Made Of 8 Cm Thick Concrete Paving Stones On A Cement-Sand Ballast3. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Construction Works Using The Following Construction Materials Provided By The Ordering Party: 1) Crushed Aggregate Substructure 2) Concrete Paving Stones (Holland Or Behaton Or Beganit Or Moderna Type Or Aged Or Shot-Blasted Stones), 3) Concrete Pavement Edges; 4) Concrete Road Curbs 12/15 X 30 X 100 Cm, 17/20 X 30 X 100 Cm;5) Concrete Channels;6) Cement Mortar.4. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Above-Mentioned Materials In An Amount Ensuring 100% Completion Of The Works (Also In The Event Of Initiating The Order Under The Option Right). These Materials Will Be Delivered To The Contractor At The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Work Within 5 Days Of Receiving The Order From The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide All Necessary Equipment And Other Materials Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Submitted Offer.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Tor, The Price List Of The Offer (Attachment To The Offer Form) And The Contract Template (Annex No. 4 To The Tor).
