Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A 4 M X 6 M Telescreen To The Auditorium In The Gckis Building As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of The Municipal Center For Culture And Sports - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Complete 4 M X 6 M Telescreen With Full Peripheral Equipment In The Auditorium Of The Municipal Cultural And Sports Center In Kobylany, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz; 2) Installation On A Tripod Dedicated To The Installation Of Permanent Telescreens (0.7 M Above The Stage Floor), Connection, Configuration And Commissioning Of The Equipment And Training In The Operation Of Employees Gck;3) Providing: Instructions For Use, Use And Maintenance Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment In Polish, Certificates, Warranty Cards, Test And Inspection Protocols In Polish,4) Service Of The Equipment During The Warranty/Guarantee Period;The Contractor Undertakes To Provide, Including: Bringing, Unpacking, Assembling The Elements In The Gckis Auditorium And Removing The Security, Packaging, Etc. Of The Delivery Items From The Ordering Partys Facility, At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Within A Given Equipment Group Referred To In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Must Be Identical. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz:3. Whenever In This Specification The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Elements Is Described With Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Maintain At Least The Same Level Of Technology, Quality And Efficiency. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To The Parameters Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Devices, Installations And Materials He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Moreover, The Contractor Proposing Devices, Installations And Materials Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Their Use In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In All Respects (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly).4. It Is Absolutely Required That The Offered Equipment Delivered (In Accordance With Annex 1 To The Swz) Be Brand New.
