Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Ordering Party To Conduct The Procedure And Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. Therefore, Any Failure To Submit The Description Of The Offered Equipment On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Failure To Complete Or Incorrectly Fill In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, Making It Impossible For The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Product, Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2 Letter C) And/Or Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. However, Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment In Which The Contractors Should Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Product With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of: Yes/No (Without The Need To Specify The Information), Do Not Constitute The Content Of The Offer, But Constitute A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Therefore, If The Original Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Yes/No Items Turns Out To Be Incomplete Or Inaccurate, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Description Of The Offered Equipment, But In The Part Covering Only The Yes/No Items Which Were Incorrectly Completed By The Contractor On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Were Not Completed At All. However, Submission Or Supplementation After Expiry Of The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Part Constituting The Content Of The Offer, If It Would Be Used To Supplement Information Not Originally Provided, Or To Change The Originally Specified Values Of Technical Parameters Or Features Of The Offered Devices.
