1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sports And Recreational Services For Employees Of The Office And Branches Of Pfron, Registered By The Ordering Party As Users, In A Number Not Exceeding 450 People (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order Or Subject Of The Agreement. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A Service Covered By A Monthly Lump Sum (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subscription): 2.1. Will Ensure The Possibility Of Unlimited Use By Authorized Employees Of The Office And Pfron Branches With At Least 20 Types Of Sports And Recreational Activities Of A Diverse Nature, Including Mandatory: Swimming/Swimming Pool, Gym, Fitness, Pilates, Sauna, Martial Arts, Dance, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Table Tennis, Tennis; 2.2. Will Provide Access To At Least 3,500 Separate Sports And Recreational Facilities In The Republic Of Poland, Providing The Services Listed In Point 2.1., Including: 2.2.1. At Least 400 Facilities In Warsaw And The Masovian Voivodeship (In Total), Including At Least 20 Swimming Pool Facilities In Warsaw; 2.2.2. At Least 25 Facilities In Each Of The Following Cities: Wrocław, Toruń, Lublin, Zielona Góra, Łódź, Kraków, Opole, Rzeszów, Białystok, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kielce, Olsztyn, Poznań And Szczecin, Including At Least 1 Swimming Pool Facility In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Cities; 2.2.3. The Above Number Of Sports And Recreation Facilities Indicated In Points 2.2.1 And 2.2.2 Having Advanced Search Filters, Enabling Filtering Of Facilities In Terms Of The Type Of Sports And Recreational Activity, Location, Broken Down Into Individual Voivodeships And Towns; 2.4. Will Provide Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities With Which It Will Establish Cooperation During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Free Of Charge Agreement; 3.2. Under The Option Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option) - A Maximum Of 12 Months After The Expiry Of The Period Indicated In Point 3.1.
