Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Running, Maintaining And Operating A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point For Residents Of The Commune - The City Of Grudziądz

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Run, Maintain And Operate The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point For Residents Of The Commune-City Of Grudziądz (Hereinafter Referred To As: Pszok). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection (Acceptance) To Pszok Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste Originating From Property Owners Obliged To Pay Fees For Municipal Waste Management To The Commune-City Of Grudziądz (Including Residents Living In These Properties And Other Users For Whom The Property Owner Pays Fees) And The Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste Transferred To Pszok Or Forwarding It For Management To Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installation, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In The Waste Act.3. The Maximum Amount Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Be Accepted At Pszok And Managed During The Entire Duration Of The Contract Is 519.363 Mg.4. The Minimum Amount Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Be Accepted At Pszok And Managed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, For Which The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration, Is 259.682 Mg.5. If The Assumed Maximum Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Accepted At Pszok And Managed During The Entire Duration Of The Contract Is Not Achieved, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Subject To Section 4 Above. Payments Will Be Settled Based On The Actual Amount Of Waste Managed.6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
