The Order Concerns The Provision Of 24-Hour Care And Living Services At The Family Nursing Home In Pniewy At Ul. Wolności 2, For Which The Contractor Will Have A Lending Agreement Concluded With The Pniewy Commune For The Period Of Running A Family Care Home Intended For Not Less Than Three And Not More Than Eight People Living Together Requiring Support In This Form Due To Age Or Disability - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 29, 2024 On Family Care Homes (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1129) And The Program For The Development Of Family Welfare Homes - Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide People Staying At The Rdp With: 1) 24-Hour Care Tailored To Their Psychophysical Fitness; 2) Provide People Staying At Home With Information About Their Rights, Including The Right To File Complaints, By Placing This Information In A Visible, Generally Accessible Place; 3) Enable Access To Therapeutic Rehabilitation Services And Participate In Social Activation; 4) Provide Relatives Or Other Close Non-Relatives With The Possibility Of Free Contact With A Person Staying In A Family Care Home.5) Will Provide Food, Including: A) At Least 3 Meals A Day, Including Dietary Meals - As Recommended By A Doctor, Including In The Form Of Catering, B) A Break Between Meals Of No Less Than 4 Hours, And C) The Last Meal No Earlier Than 6 P.M., D) Availability Of Small Meals And Drinks Between Meals Referred To In Point Above.
