The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, In Accordance With The Spatial Planning And Development Act Of March 27, 2003 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130). 2) Consultations And Analyzes Referred To In § 3.1 Of The Ministers Regulation Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116).3) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Decisions On Establishing Development Conditions Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Delivery By The Ordering Party Of Complete Applications With Annexes.4) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Development Conditions, For The Development Referred To In Article 29, Section 1, Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) To Complete Them Within 7 Days From The Date Of Their Delivery By The Ordering Party.6) Preparing A List Of Authorities With Which The Draft Decision Should Be Agreed In Accordance With Article 53(4) Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024).7) Providing An Appropriate Number Of Annexes To Draft Decisions, In An Appropriate Scale. Necessary To Agree And Issue A Decision.8) Attachments To The Draft Decisions Should Be Provided In A Format No Larger Than A3.9) Delivery Of A Complete Set Of Documents To The Ordering Partys Office, Including The Handover Protocol.10) Delivery Of Documents In Paper And Electronic Versions (Cd Or E-Mail).11) Based On The Estimated Data, The Number Of Designs On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Is Expected - Approximately 200 Pieces In Total.
