A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4A To The Swz. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Provisions - Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Furniture, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract Provisions. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Bid Evaluation Criteria.
