Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer And Multimedia Equipment, 3D Equipment, Terminal Laboratories, Virtual Subject Laboratory And Devices Specialist Schools For 3 Schools In The Radków Commune, Divided Into 9 Parts

Part No. 1. Delivery Of Computer Equipment, Multifunction Devices And Computer Accessories.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Delivery Of Goods (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment/Range) Together With Bringing Them To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Of The Equipment And Placing It In A Place Designated By The Ordering Party (If Applicable), 3) Providing Instructions In The Use Of The Equipment On The Day Of Delivery Or On A Date Agreed With The Ordering Party (If Applicable).2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Specification. This Form Is Also A Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Specifies The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Technical, Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Of Individual Deliveries. The Assortment And Price Form Contains Items Described In A Tabular Format, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. Guarantee And Warranty. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months, And The Warranty Period Cannot Be Shorter Than The Warranty Granted By The Equipment Manufacturer. The Warranty And Warranty Period Indicated In The Offer Form Will Be Assessed In The Guarantee And Warranty Period Criterion. The Warranty And Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party.4. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.5 Act. Whenever In The Swz And Its Annexes, The Subject Of The Order Indicates The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Or Possibly A Brand Or Trade Name That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Entity, It Serves Only To Determine The Quality Standard Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer, And It Should Be Understood That The Indicated Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent, Origin, Brand Or Trade Name Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.5.1. If The Technical Specification Contains Registered Names, Trademarks, Brands Or Trade Names Of Manufacturers Or Products, In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Is Allowed To Offer Products Equivalent To Those Required, Provided That The Contractor Fully Guarantees That The Parameters Will Not Be Lower Than Those Described In The Specification.5.2. The Names Used In The Specification Should Be Treated As Information About The Expected Quality Standard, Features And Functions Of A Given Item Of Equipment, And Not As A Product Necessary For Use.5.3.
