The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within: 21 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Deadline For The Implementation Of Construction Works May Be Postponed. The Deadline For The Implementation Of Construction Works May Be Changed On The Principles Specified In Art. 455 Of The Public Procurement Law And Provided For In The Contract, In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Within The Framework Of The Contract For The Entire Duration Of The Construction Works Contract. Moreover, As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Investor Supervision Services During The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Supervised Construction Works, In Particular During The Removal Of Defects And Defects By The Contractor, As Well As During The Final Acceptance After The Expiry Of The Warranty Period Guarantee Of Supervised Works Depends On The Offer Of The Construction Contractor.
