1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Long-Term Lease For A Period Of 24 Months (With The Possibility Of Extending This Period Under The Option By A Maximum Of 6 Months) Of 2 Brand New Passenger Cars (Car No. 1 And Car No. 2) Along With A Full Package Of Operational, Maintenance And Insurance Services. The Cars Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025 And Delivered To The Ordering Party Between September 20 And 29, 2026.2 As Part Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Act (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option - Including The Time-Related Option - Hereinafter Referred To As Option No. 1 And The Objective Option - Hereinafter Referred To As Option No. 2), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 2.1 Extend The Execution Of The Order Under The Same Conditions Under Option No. 1 For A Maximum Period Of Another 6 Months, And This Extension May Be Made Multiple Times, Each Time For A Period Of Not Less Than 3 Months, 2.2 Exceeding The Mileage Limit Declared By The Ordering Party (Option No. 2) With The Assumption That In The Case Of: 2.2.1 Car No. 1 (Mileage Limit Up To 70,000 Km) Under Part No. 1 Of The Order, The Limit May Be Exceeded By A Maximum Of 14,000 Km, 2.2.2 Car No. 2 (Mileage Limit Up To 60,000 Km) Under Part No. 1 Of The Order, The Limit May Be Exceeded By A Maximum Of 12 000 Km,3 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Implement The Option In Whole Or In Part. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Execute All Or Part Of The Option.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) For Each Part Of The Order, In Particular The Minimum Requirements For Car No. 1 And Car No. 2, Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Execution Of The Contract (For Each Part Of The Order) Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
