The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Lunches And Breakfasts For Eligible Clients Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Żoliborz District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw, Using The Support Centers. The Ordering Party Specifies The Size Of The Subject Of The Order At 13,695 Two-Course Dinners And 7,719 One-Course Dinners And 4,233 Breakfasts During The Duration Of The Contract. Detailed Description Of The Subject The Orders Are Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). The Number Of Lunches And/Or Breakfasts Will Change Depending On The Current Needs Of People Eligible For This Type Of Social Assistance. It Is Expected That The Order Will Be Completed At A Level Of Not Less Than 60% Of The Total Value Of The Order. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) In The Scope Of Preparing And Delivering Hot Meals, Were Employed Under An Employment Contract In An Amount Appropriate To The Tasks Performed. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Entire Duration Of The Order. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
