The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Surface Within The Boundaries Of Plots 168/271Dr And 168/268Dr Of Słoneczna Street In Smolec As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For Strengthening The Surface Of Municipal Roads.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: As Part Of The Task, The Designer Will Undertake The Following Activities, Taking Into Account The Following Guidelines: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Surface Within The Boundaries Of Plot 168/271Dr And 168/268Dr Of Słoneczna Street In Smolec, On A Section Of Approx. 670 M, While Maintaining A Minimum Width Of 4.0 M, With Reinforcement Of The Surface With Jumbo Boards. B) The Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Procedure For Obtaining Its Effective Approval And Obtaining A Valid Notification Of Works Or Obtaining A Permit Decision For Construction, C) Development Of Permanent Traffic Organization And Obtaining Approval From The District Office, D) The Form And Scope Of The Documentation Should Correspond To The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, E) The Documentation Should Contain The Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Approvals And Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Valid Notification Of Works Or Obtain A Building Permit.
