General Procurement Notice for Office Furniture and Equipment In accordance with Article 56 of its Institutional Procurement Regulations, the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) publishes on its website, In this regard, it has drawn up its procurement plan for 2025, which has been approved by the Banks Senior Management. Consequently, this general procurement notice is issued to inform potential bidders of the opportunities for contracts that may be awarded in accordance with the procedures of EBID. A total of 91 procurement activities are envisaged, broken down as follows: Equipments : Thirty-seven (37) international competitive bidding processes may be conducted; These procurements will mainly cover the following equipment: Eight (08) administrative vehicles. IT equipment and related items. Videoconferencing equipment. Office furniture and equipment. Residential equipment, etc. - Fifty (50) request for quotation: standard equipment, maintenance equipment, etc.; - Three (03) consultancy services. - One (01) works contract. Consulting Services: 1. Selection of a consultant for the evaluation of EBID guarantees using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method. 2. Selection of a consultant to provide full project management services for the construction of the official residences of the EBID Vice-Presidents. 3. Selection of a consultant for the preparation of a network cabling plan. Works: Construction works of the official residences of the EBID Vice-Presidents.
