It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem. / Renovation & Upgrade of Operation Theater Department (OR) SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL JERUSALEM now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of Renovation & Upgrade of Operation Theater Department, in short ("the Works"). 2. Qualification criteria are as follows: a) The contractor must have a valid registration in the Israeli contractors association (Minimum Officially Certified Category - 32 for buildings) or Palestine Grade 2 for buildings.
