The Aim Of The Employee Surveys Is To Systematically And Anonymously Find Out Employees Opinions, Perspectives And Assessments On Various Topics In Order To Be Able To Include Them In The Further Development Of The Company. Employees Should Be Actively Involved In Development Processes And Their Perceptions Of Job Satisfaction (Processes, Workload, Etc.), Health And Leadership Should Be Collected. In Addition, The Surveys Should Serve To Evaluate Psychological Stress In The Workplace And, If Necessary, Be Supplemented With Additional Topics.
