The City Of Imatra Is Looking For A Service Provider To Organize Exercise Guidance Classes For The Elderly. Guidance Takes Place At The Sports Center In Imatra Organized By The City Of Imatra. The Contract Period Is Estimated To Be From 1 October 2026 To 30 September 2030. The Contract Terms Are Jyse 2025 Services. Bidding As A Group Is Allowed. The Contract Is Concluded In The Name Of The Supplier In Whose Name The Offer Has Been Made. The Supplier In Question Is Responsible For All Obligations Under The Service Agreement, Even When It Uses Subcontractors. The Selection Criteria For The Offers Is Overall Economic Affordability And The Comparison Basis Is The Cheapest Price. The Comparison Price Consists Of The Hourly Price Of The Service, Which Includes All Costs. Amount Of Exercise Guidance: From Autumn To Spring, 2 Guidance Times/Week, Monday And Thursday; Indoor Summer Season 1 Guidance Session/Week, Monday, Outdoor Guidance Sessions Are Approx. 56 Times A Year In Total. The Duration Of One Guidance Session Is 1.5 Hours, From 13:00 To 14:30. Due To The Preparatory Work, The Service Provider May Bill The Subscriber For Two Hours/Guidance Session. The Service Offered And The Total Price Of The Service Must Include The Preparation And Implementation Of The Exercise Guidance And The Monitoring Of The Number Of Visitors. The Number Of Visitors Has Been Around 50-150 People In Previous Years. The Service And The Offered Hourly Price Must Include Two Instructors. At Least One Other Instructor Must Have A Suitable Education In The Field Of Exercise (For Example, Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, Physiotherapist Or Similar) And Experience In Guiding Group Exercise For The Elderly. The Second Instructor Must Either Have A Suitable Education In The Field Of Exercise Or Previous Experience In Guiding Groups Of Elderly People. The Tenderer Must Organize And Include In The Tender And Tender Price A Backup System In Case Of Illness Etc. The Service Must Be Carried Out According To An Agreed Schedule.
