Those Who Responded To The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Answering The Request For Information Or For Participating In A Possible Market Dialogue Event. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender.
