The Municipality Of Pomorie Has An Obligation In The Technical And Operational Implementation Of The Investment Program To Ensure And Guarantee Compliance With National And European Legislation In The Areas Of The Environment, Energy Efficiency, Public Procurement, State Aid, Good And Reliable Project Management, Ensuring The Necessary Quality Of The Activities And Implementation, Maintenance Of Investments And Assets, As Well As Full Integrity At All Levels Of Program Implementation. The Activity On Organization And Management Will Be Organized Through An External Team, Which Will Be Assisted By Two Internal Experts From The Municipality Of Pomorie In Order To Ensure Quality Management Of The Project To Achieve The Results Of The Implementation Of The Activities. The Responsibilities Of The Team Members Are Reduced To: Monitoring For Quality And Efficient Execution Of Activities And Their Consistency, To Achieve Effective Coordination And Communication With All Participants In The Project Process, To Ensure Transparency In Project Management, Accountability And Monitoring Of Its Implementation, Compliance With The Accepted Rules And Procedures Of The Contracting Authority And Regulatory Requirements, Participation In Workshops, Documentary Checks And On-Site Inspections, Preparing Opinions On Competence, Supporting The Conduct Of Audits And Inspections By Auditors And Others Tasks Arising From The Nature Of The Work, According To The Profiled Expertise Of The Persons And Within The Competences Of The Respective Position. ​​​​​​​
