The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Aids And Provision Of Access To E-Readable Textbooks For The Academic Year 2026-2027, For Free Use By Students In Grades I-Xii Of The Ioan Exarch Bulgarian Secondary School, Shumen. The Specific Number Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To E-Readable Textbooks By Grade Level Will Be Submitted In A Specific Request To The Publisher. The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With All The Rules And Regulations Currently In Force Regarding The Execution Of The Assigned Activities. Delivered Textbooks, Study Kits And Teaching Aids Should Be New, Without Signs Of Use And Properly Packaged. Transport To The Free Warehouse Of The Employer, With Loading And Unloading Activities Performed By The Contractor. The Costs Of Transport And Loading And Unloading Activities Are Included In The Value Of The Order.
