Delivery Of Fuels For Refueling Motor Vehicles From Gas Stations Through Cashless Payment Cards, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Mizia, For A Period Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. Representation At The Sessions Of The National Commodity Exchange-Ad For The Conclusion Of Stock Transactions Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Commodity Exchanges And Markets, The Law On Public Procurement, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Commercial Law, The Law On Obligations And Contracts And Other Applicable Regulations. Purchase Of Automotive Fuels By Refueling From Gas Stations Of Vehicles Owned By The Municipality Of Mizia, As Follows: - Unleaded Gasoline A95h - Estimated Quantities For 36 Months In Liters (+/- 20%): 15,000 Liters; - Diesel Motor Fuel - Estimated 36-Month Quantities In Liters (+/- 20%): 15,000 Liters. The Quantities Are Estimated, And The Buyer Does Not Undertake To Absorb Them In Full And Is Not Responsible To The Executor Of The Exchange Contract For Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Order Is Not Fulfilled In Full.​​​​
