The West Brabant Tax Cooperation Has Been Awarded The Contract For Accountancy Services From The 2026 Financial Year. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is For A Qualified Accountant To Perform The Accountancy Services Requested By Bwb For The Financial Years 2026 To 2029, With An Optional Extension For The Financial Years 2030 And 2031. These Accountancy Services Include: • The Audit Of The Final Tax Accounts For The Benefit Of The Participants; • Carrying Out Specific Activities On The Basis Of Standard 4400 With Regard To Advice On The Provision For Doubtful Debts For The Benefit Of The Participants; • The Audit Of The Annual Accounts, Including The Audit Of The Operation Of The Financial Administration, The Legality And Faithfulness Of The Annual Accounts Referred To In Article 197 Of The Municipalities Act. Depending On The Nature Of The Assignment, The Work Results In Audit Reports And/Or A Report Of Factual Findings (Cos 4400). The Work Is Carried Out Within The Applicable Legal And Professional Frameworks And, Where Relevant, Also Includes The Assessment Of The Design And Operation Of The Administrative Organization And Internal Control.
