Tenders Are Invited For Supplying Seating Furniture

The Assignment Concerns The Supply Of Seating Furniture On Demand And As Required For Use In The Outdoor Areas Of The Municipality Of Rotterdam, As Included In The Registration Form (Appendix 7). The Seating Furniture In Question Consists Of Castings, Wood And Concrete, As Specified In The Pve (Appendix 1). The Seating Furniture Concerns Designs From The Municipality Of Rotterdam And The Seating Furniture Is Made Using Molds Owned By The Municipality Of Rotterdam. Based On Historical Figures And Expected Expenditure, We Expect To Purchase Approximately €800,000 Worth Of Seating Furniture Per Year. The Start Date Of The Agreement Is Expected To Be On July 27, 2026. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Is Four (4) Years, After Which The Agreement Can Be Extended A Maximum Of Four (4) Times For A Period Of One (1) Year. As An Award Criterion, A Fictitious Discount Can Be Achieved In Addition To The Tender Price If The Wood Used Comes From Sustainably Managed Community Forests.
