Scope And Level Of Detail Note (Nrd): A Document That Records The Scope And Depth Of The Environmental Impact Study, With Established Frameworks. 3. Participation Plan And Process Guidance: A Plan For Resident Participation And Guidance Of The Entire Participation Process, Tailored To This Project. 4. Possibility Of Drawing Up/Revising The Eia Plan. Drawing Up An Area Profile, Drawing Up A Scope And Level Of Detail Memorandum (Nrd), Drawing Up A Participation Plan And Process Guidance.
