The Execution Of The Object Of This Contract Involves The Access And Processing Of Personal Data By The Awarded Company Of The Diputació De Girona And The Department Of Territory, Housing And Ecological Transition Of The Generalitat De Catalunya (Henceforth, The Dter), Both Co-Responsible For The Treatment. The Awarded Company Will Treat The Data As Data Processor For The Fulfillment Of The Purpose Of The Contract. The Company That Is Awarded The Contract Must Sign The Contract For The Processing Of Personal Data At The Time Of Formalization.
