Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation Of The Future Lunel Agglo Pierre Soujol Aquatic Center. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Conclusion Of A Public Service Concession Contract, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct And R. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct, As Well As Article L. 1121-3 And The Third Part Of The Public Procurement Code Having As Its Object The Operation Of The Future Lunel Aquatic Center. The Community Wishes To Delegate The Management Of The Future Lunel Agglo Aquatic Center. The Operation Of The Service Will Be Ensured By The Concessionaire At Its Own Risk, In Accordance With The Rules Of The Art, In Compliance With Regulations, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Conservation Of The Heritage As Well As The Continuity Of The Service, The Rights And Safety Of Users And Third Parties. His Remuneration Will Come From Operating Revenues From The Activities For Which He Will Be Responsible. In Order To Compensate For The Operating Constraints Imposed On The Concessionaire (Price Constraints, In Particular), The Contract May Also Provide, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L. 2224-2 1° Of The Cgct, The Payment, By The Delegating Authority To The Concessionaire, Of Compensation For Public Service Constraints. It Will Also Provide For A Variable Fee In Favor Of The Delegator And A Fee For Occupation Of The Public Domain, The Characteristics And Conditions Of Which Are Defined In The File.
