The Contract To Be Concluded Is A Global Performance Contract Including, Inseparably: Study Services, Construction Work (Works Carried Out Off-Site Construction (2D/3D)), The Supply And Installation Of Certain Furniture, Site Management, All Discussions And Meetings Necessary For The Proper Satisfaction Of The Need And The Smooth Progress Of The Work, The Contractual Guarantees After Acceptance, And Finally The Operation And Maintenance Of The Work Associated With Measurable Performance Commitments. The Incumbent Will Also Carry Out An Animation And Communication Mission Aimed At Informing And Raising Awareness Among Occupants And Other Users Of The Terms Of Use Of The Building, In Order To Guarantee A Good Understanding Of The Energy Issues Of The Building. It Is Specified That The Operation-Maintenance Services Will Include On The One Hand Upkeep, Operation And Maintenance Within The Scope Provided For In The Contract, On The Other Hand Major Maintenance And Renewal On Certain Equipment, And Finally The Management Of Performance Through A Measurement And Verification Plan. The Execution Of The Contract Will Include Quantified Performance Commitments, The Achievement Of Which Will Condition Part Of The Holders Remuneration. The Candidate Must Make A Contractual Commitment To Fulfill These Quantified Performance Commitments, Particularly Defined In Terms Of Energy Sobriety And Quality Of Atmosphere. Performance Commitments Will Be Implemented And Monitored As Part Of A Measurement And Verification Plan In Application Of The Ipmvp Protocols. The Assembly Mission Will Cover All The Elements Enabling The Perfect And Complete Completion Of The Works To Achieve The Set Objectives. The Performance Of The Services Will Include Compliance With A Social Integration Clause For The Holder. It Will Also Include The Consideration Of Environmental Clauses. This Overall Performance Contract Is Estimated At €5,800,000 Excluding Tax (Fees And All Works Included, Project General Purpose, Operation And Maintenance Over 36 Months).
