Lvv Works Refer To Repairs, Maintenance, Changes And Renovations Aimed At Building Technical Systems Of Properties, Which Are Carried Out Either As Individual Assignments Or As Part Of Basic Improvement Projects. Lvv Works Ensure Operational Reliability, Energy Efficiency And User Safety Of The Technical Systems Of The Properties. Regular Maintenance Prevents Pipe Leaks, Equipment Damage And Malfunctions And Extends The Life Cycle Of The Systems. As A Result Of The Tender, A Framework Arrangement Is Formed Between The Customer And The Selected Suppliers. The Order Of Priority Is Described In More Detail In The Agreement And The Appendix Order Of Priority. The Contract Period Is Limited To Four (4) Years. Option Periods Are Not Included In The Purchase. The Tender Consists Of This Tender Document And Its Attachments.
