The Contractor Will Provide Daily User And Infrastructure Technical Support Services (Ad, M365, Proxmox, Azure, Etc.), Service Level Agreement (Sla) Monitoring, Remote Incident Resolution, As Well As Process Documentation And Training Materials. At The Same Time, He Will Have An Active Role In The Preparation Of The Digital Transformation Manual (Dtm) And Its Implementation, Through The Maturation And Technical Support Of Ict Projects. Also, The Contractor Will Provide Consulting Services For Contract Management (Permits And Procurement) Of The Computerization And Documentation Department. The Intervention Aims At A Structured, Professional And Permanent Support Of The Ebe At The Level Of Technology, Procedures And Ict Governance, In Accordance With The Directions Of The National Digital Strategy And The Needs Of A Modern Cultural Organization.
