The Subject Of The Planned Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Two Complementary Laboratory Devices Intended For Carrying Out Analyzes In The Field Of Genomics, Transcriptomics, Microbiology And Proteomics, Together With The Necessary Software, Starting Materials, User Training And Manufacturers Warranty. The Supplier Will Provide Both Devices As Part Of One Order, Along With Their Full Application Compatibility For Metagenomic Analysis Of Microorganisms Device No. 1: Next Generation Sequencer (Ngs) Using Short Read Technology 1. Sequencing By Synthesis (Sbs) With Dual-Channel Fluorescence Signal Detection Or Equivalent. 2. Support For Single- And Paired-End Sequencing. 3. Full Automation Of Key Process Stages, I.E. (I) On-Board Clonal Amplification, (Ii) Library Denaturation), (Iii) Sequencing, (Iv) Secondary Data Analysis. 4. No Need To Use Emulsion Pcr And Additional External Devices. 5. Read Length Range: At Least 1 × 100 Bp To 2 × 300 Bp Or More. 6. The Maximum Efficiency Of A Single Sequencing Cycle Is Approximately 30 Gb Of Data. 7. The Maximum Number Of Readings Generated In One Work Cycle Is Approximately 200 Million In Paired-End Mode. 8. Read Accuracy At Q30 Level ≥ 85% For 2 X 300 Bp Sequencing. 9. Integrated Touch User Interface (1920 X 1080 Full Hd Screen) Enabling Full Camera Control Without An Additional Workstation. 10. Device Intended For Sequencing Small Genomes Of Microorganisms, Panel Detection Of Pathogens, 16S Rrna And Shotgun Metagenomics. 11. The Dimensions Of The Device Should Not Exceed 41 X 45 X 48 Cm. 12. The Device Comes With A Warranty For A Period Of Min. 36 Months With One Inspection During The Warranty Period. Device No. 2: Nucleic Acid (Dna/Rna) And Protein Fractionator 1. Preparative Electrophoresis Device Enabling The Separation Of A Single Dna Sample Into At Least 12 Fractions, Collected In Liquid Form; 2. Range Of Separation: (I) Dna With A Length From 100 Bp To 40 Kb, (Ii) Proteins With A Molecular Weight From 10 Kda To 500 Kda. 3. Separation Takes Place In Dedicated Cassettes Intended For Fractionation Of A Single Sample. 4. Possibility Of Simultaneous Preparative Electrophoresis In At Least Two Gel Cassettes. 5. The Standard Time For A Single Fractionation Does Not Exceed 3 Hours. 6. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide One Package Of Compatible Consumables, I.E. 10 Pieces Of Dna Fractionation Cassettes (~2% Agarose Gel) With A Size Marker And 10 Pieces Of Protein Fractionation Cassettes In The Range Of 10-300 Kda. 7. Device With A Warranty For A Period Of Min. 48 Months With One Inspection During The Warranty Period.
