Railway And Tramway Locomotives And Rolling Stock And Associated Parts – Procurement Of 6 (Six) Battery Electric Motor Trains (Bemv) And Commissioning Of 1 (One) Hybrid Stable Energy Connection For Charging Propulsion Batteries On The Railway Network Of The Republic Of Croatia. Due To The Limitation Of The Number Of Available Fields In The Eojn, The Client Provides A Brief Extract Of Data Related To The Subject Of Procurement As Information To Economic Entities And A Description Of The Subject Of Procurement In Order To Familiarize Business Entities With The Subject Of Procurement And With The Aim Of Clear, Precise, Understandable And Unequivocal Provisions Of The Procurement Documentation. Acquisitions. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Procurement Of 6 (Six) Battery-Electric Electric Trains (Hereinafter: Bemv) And Commissioning Of 1 (One) Hybrid Stable Energy Connection For Charging Propulsion Batteries On The Railway Network Of The Republic Of Croatia (Hereinafter: Charging Station). The Charging Station That Is The Subject Of Procurement Has The Possibility Of Charging And Storing Electricity From Its Own Photovoltaic Power Plant And Charging From The Distribution Network. Bemv And The Filling Station Must Fully Comply With The Technical Requirements Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation As Appendix 3. Bemv Will Be Used On City, Suburban And Regional Lines, Non-Electrified Railways, Which Include Krapina-Zagorje, Varaždin, Koprivnica-Križevačka And Međimurje Counties, I.E. The Purpose Of Bemv Will Be The Organization Of Traffic In The Area Of ​​The Varaždin Regional Unit And Connection With Other Destination Stations On The Railway Network Of The Republic Of Croatia. In Order For The Bemv To Have Full Functionality, The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Construction Of The Charging Station Identified As The Subject Of The Procurement, In The Kotoriba Station For Charging The Trains Propulsion Batteries. The Filling Station Is Delivered With The Application Of The Turnkey Clause. The Charging Station, Which Is The Subject Of Procurement, In Addition To Being Powered From The Distribution Network, Also Has The Option Of Charging The Train From A Stationary Battery Tank That Is Charged From Its Own Photovoltaic Power Plant. Electricity Produced From Renewable Sources Will Be Used Primarily To Charge The Stationary Battery Tank, And Upon The Arrival Of The Train, Also To Charge The Trains Power Battery Packs. This Reduces The Need To Use Energy From The Distribution Network, Which Directly Contributes To Reducing Co₂ Emissions And Increasing Energy Efficiency From Environmentally Friendly Energy Sources. The Application Of Green Technologies In Rail Passenger Transport, I.E. The Replacement Of Current Diesel Engine Trains With New Bemvs, Will Reduce The Release Of Co₂ Into The Environment By Using Stored Electricity In Bemv Batteries, Taken From The Contact Network On The Electrified Section, Taken Over By Charging From The Filling Station And Produced During Bemv Braking. In This Section Of The Procurement Documentation, The Client Determines And Clarifies That The Provisions Related To Equivalence From This Procurement Documentation Are Directly And Without Limitation Applied To Annex 3. The Specification Of Technical Requirements Of This Procurement Documentation Is The Future Specification
