The Properties Are: Asterintie 24, Lautamiehentie 22-24, Maalinauhantie 10, Maalnauhantie 14, Satukuja 1, Uusiniityntie 1, Uusiraja 13 & Vainiotie 2. The Lock To Be Implemented Must Be Mechanical, Patent-Protected, Safe, Secure, Legible And Suitable For Rental Housing. The Patent Protection Of The Locking System Must Be Valid At Least Until 2040. With The Help Of The Patent, The Client Wants To Ensure That The Lock To Be Renewed Is Protected And Safe, And To Raise The Level Of Residential Safety In The Feasible Sites. If Necessary, The Keys Must Be Given A Unique Stamp, Which Can Be Used To Distinguish The Keys In The Key Management Software, And The Access Key Must Be Symmetrical And Based On Disc-Harvesting Technology. The Key Management, Serialization And Maintenance Procedures Of The Offered Mechanical Locking System Must Be Feasible Through The Centralized Key Management Service Used By The Customer. Preparation Of The Offer The Offers Are Submitted Taking Into Account That Each Property Has Its Own Property-Specific Price. The Bid Calculation Is Performed Using A Property-Specific Locking Diagram. The Offer Must Be Prepared In Such A Way That The Scope Of Work, Design Work, Locking Design, Necessary Installation And Other Work Are Included In The Offer.
