System And Support Services – Ensuring Support, Maintenance And Further Development Of The Editorial System. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Proper And Timely Provision Of Technical Support Services, Maintenance And Further Development Of The Content Management System - Cms (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) By The Provider (Successful Applicant), To The Extent Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of The Tender Documents – Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Appendix No. 2 Tender Documents – Technical Specification And Description Of The System. The Aforementioned Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Services) Will Be Provided For The Ministry Of Finance Of The Slovak Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client Or Public Procurement Entity), In Whose Administration The System Is Located. The Provision Of The Required Services Includes The Following Activities: 1. Flat-Rate Services That Will Be Provided Monthly In The Specified Range According To Point 1.1 Of Appendix No. 1 Tender Documents – Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Within The Required Operating Time For Providing Support And Maintenance Of The System And For Solving Incidents And The Operation Of The Services. 2. Over-The-Top Services (On-Demand Services), Which Will Be Provided In The Scope According To Point 1.2 Of Appendix No. 1 Of The Tender Documents – Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Based On The Current Written Requirements Of The Customer And Which Form The Following Groups Of Services: 2.1 Application Support And 2.2 Change Requirements. Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Provision Of User Authorizations For All Parts Of The System, Which Will Be Supplied Or Modified By The Provider (Successful Applicant) And Which Enjoy Protection According To Act No. 185/2015 Coll.
