The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender In Accordance With Art. 132 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1173), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act. In Matters Not Regulated By The Provisions Of This Tor, The Provisions Of The Said Act Shall Apply. 3. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Polish. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act. 6. The Proceedings In Question Are Not Conducted For The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Conducting An Electronic Auction In These Proceedings. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Or Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogs To The Offer. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act 10. The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings, In Particular The Costs Of Preparing The Offer, Are Covered By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure (Except For The Situation Referred To In Article 261 Of The Act). 11. The Ordering Party Will Settle Accounts With The Contractor Only In Polish Currency (Pln). 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence. 13. Pursuant To Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure.
