The Software Gbbsoft - The Predecessor Program To Gbbsoft+ - For The Design Of Embankment And Bed Protection On Inland Waterways Was Specified In September 2008 For Use In The Business Area Of The Federal Waterways And Shipping Administration (Wsv) For Applications That Are Not Covered By Standard Construction Methods. Extensive Further Developments Took Place In 2015 And 2016. Which Were Implemented In The Gbbsoft+ Version Used Today. The Gbbsoft+ Software Is Actively Used By Fewer Than 100 Users In The Field Of Public Administration As Well As Engineering Offices And Universities. The Gbbsoft+ Software Is Constantly Being Developed To Meet The Current State Of Science And Technology. The Need For Further Development Of Gbbsoft+ Arises Essentially From The Consideration Of Research Work Carried Out By The Baw At Irregular Intervals, Among Other Things. Additional, New Calculation Methods Are Developed That Complement Or Even Replace Existing Ones. These Must Be Implemented Or Coupled In Gbbsoft+. The Baw Would Like To Award Services For Service And Further Development Of The Gbbsoft++ Software. The Subject Of The Tender Is Services For The Following Activities And Products For A Period Of 48 Months: 1) Support Services In The Operation Of The Gbbsoft+ Software, Such As Hotline Support, User Group Support, Requirements And Change Management And 2) Further Development Of The Gbbsoft+ Software, Such As Software Development To Take New Functions Into Account And Software Development To Adapt To New Operating Environments In Accordance With The Service Description (Appendix 8). The Baw Assumes That It Will Require At Least 20 Person-Days Per Year, But A Maximum Of 300 Person-Days Per Year, As Part Of The Further Development Services. The Bidders Submit Their Offer For Items Listed In The List Of Services (Price Sheet) (Form 342 L, Appendix 9). The Evaluation Is Based On This.
