The Purpose Of This Contract Notice, Launched Under A Negotiated Procedure, Is To Entrust The Contractor, Within The Framework Of An Obligation Of Result, With The Supply Of Iveco And Heuliez Brand Spare Parts For The Needs Of The Ratp Cap Île-De-France Subsidiaries. It Aims To Set Up One Or More Framework Agreement(S) For Orders Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount, Representing The Amount Of The Lots For Which The Holder Is Selected, Plus Thirty Percent (30%). This Maximum Amount Comes From The Estimated Detail Of The Price Schedule Of Which The Quantities Consumed By Reference Are Given As An Estimate And Without Commitment On The Part Of The Beneficiaries. Each Contract Is Concluded For A Firm Period Running From Its Notification Date Until November 30, 2028. The Contract May Be Tacitly Renewed For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months, From December 1, 2028. The Part References Are Distributed Over 2,250 Distinct Lots: A Lot May Consist Of A Single Reference Or A Grouping Of Inseparable References (Example: The “Left” And “Right” References).
