The Competition Is An Implementation Competition, I.E. One In Which The Prize Is A Cash Prize And An Invitation To The Author (Contest Participant) Of The Selected Competition Work For Negotiations In The Form Of A Single-Source Contract, In Order To Provide A Service Based On The Competition Work. The Subject Of The Service Is Described In The Important Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. F.01 To The Regulations. The Aim Of The Competition Is To Obtain The Best Concept In Terms Of Architecture, Space And Functional-Utility For The Branch Building Of The Kobierzyce Cultural Center Together With The Surrounding Square In Wysoka On Plot 89/1, Wysoka District, Kobierzyce Commune In The Area Indicated In Annex No. M.03 As The Scope Of The Competition Design.
