The Subject Of This Tender Is Planning Services For Traffic And Wastewater Systems For The Vehicle Underpass (Railway Underpass-Eü) As Well As Drainage. Specifically, The Subject Of The Tendered Planning Services Is: • The Eü Vehicle Underpass As A Road Connection, Which Connects To The East To The Future Roundabout On Poststrasse And To The West To The Oststrasse Parking Lot Junction And Is To Be Planned Largely As A Trough Construction • The Rainwater Pumping Station For The Surface Drainage Of The Vehicle Underpass • The Oststrasse Parking Lot Junction Including Canal Construction In The Junction The Planning Services Tendered Here Prove To Be Especially As They Have To Be Integrated Into The Planning Of Db Infrago And The Client For Further Individual Measures In Terms Of Time And Content. For The Structures Listed Above, The Required Planning In Accordance With Service Phases 1 To 4 Of The Individual Service Profiles (With The Exception Of The Service Profile For Structural Planning And Engineering Structures Trough) Has Already Been Carried Out And Is Not The Subject Of This Tender. The Order Is Initially Placed For All Service Phases Still To Be Provided Up To And Including Service Phase 6 (Stage 1). The Subsequent Stages Include Service Phases 7 (Stage 2) And Service Phases 8 To 9 (Stage 3), Although This Does Not Apply To The Structural Planning, Which Ends After Service Phase 6. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Transfer The Services Of Levels 2 And/Or 3. There Is No Legal Right To Transfer The Benefits Of Levels 2 And 3.
